WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
In Cinema City we work not only with energy but also with heart and we expect the same from our employees. We are looking for people who can enjoy their work in our cinema and want to be responsible and honest.
HOW MUCH DO WE PAY?
We will evaluate your work according to the position in which you will work, according to the days of the week during which you will work and according to your work performance. You will get more information at a personal interview.
The salary of the usher is a maximum of EUR 8.70/hour, the salary of the ticket and refreshment seller is a maximum of EUR 9.3/hour.
Example: If you work as an usher, on Saturdays from 13:00 to 21:00, your hourly wage will be EUR 5.50. If you work as a ticket and refreshment seller on weekdays from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., your hourly wage will be EUR 4.8.
HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SPEND IN WORK?
You can plan your working time easily yourself, calmly and from the comfort of your home, through our web application. You choose a day and time that suits you, confirm and then just arrive for the change. So that you don't lose contact with us, we set a minimum number of hours that you must work every month. You don't have to worry, you will manage your studies without any problems and there will be plenty of time for fun - even 1 shift a week is enough for us.
WHAT BENEFITS DO WE OFFER?
Movies are our main product, so we have free movie tickets for employees who conscientiously fulfill their work tasks. Of course, we will also equip you with the necessary popcorn or nachos. You will be able to get other products for yourself and your friends in various competitions that we organize every month. They are not about luck, but about your work performance, so everyone has a chance. In addition, we also have many small pleasures, such as free refreshments during the shift, a taxi home within the city when working at night, regular VIP screenings with refreshments, birthday gifts and we could go on. NO WORK EXPERIENCES?
We will be happy to teach you all the necessary skills during training, so you do not need any experience or practice.
